Dropiner Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dropiner. By continuing to use our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

At Dropiner we value your privacy. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information we collect is used to facilitate bookings and improve the user experience. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless it is necessary for the fulfilment of the services offered. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

  2. Role of the Platform

Dropiner acts as an intermediary between the user and the training centre (hereinafter referred to as ‘the box’). Our main function is to facilitate the booking and payment of training sessions, without getting involved in the operational management of the box.

  3. Limitation of Liability

Dropiner is not responsible for the internal management of the box or for any incidents that occur during the training sessions. All activities carried out within the box will be equivalent to those that would be experienced by any user independently attending a training centre.

  4. Liability in the event of mishaps

In the event of any mishap during the training session, the user must take the necessary action directly with the box.

  5. Class Pre-booking

By selecting a box, date and time, and completing the payment, the user makes a Pre-booking, which is sent to the box for confirmation.

  6. Acceptance and Rejection of Pre-bookings

The box has the power to accept or reject the pre-booking. The user will be notified of the confirmation or rejection of his reservation.

  7. Refund in case of refusal

In case the box rejects the pre-booking, Dropiner will refund the amount paid by the user through the same payment method used.

  8. Automatic cancellations

If the time reserved for the session arrives without the user having received acceptance or rejection of the pre-booking, the pre-booking will be automatically cancelled by Dropiner and Dropiner will automatically refund the user the amount pays by the userthrough the same payment method used.

  9. Pre-booking Cancellation Policy

Once the pre-booking has been made, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the user in case he/she decides not to attend the training session. This is because the box reserves capacity in its programming specifically for the user.

  10. Payment Methods and Security

Dropiner uses Stripe as a payment service provider to facilitate the booking of your training session. All transactions are processed through Stripe, ensuring the security of your financial details. We do not store payment information, and all transactions are encrypted to protect your privacy.

  11. Modification of Terms and Conditions

Dropiner reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to users through the means available on the platform, and will be effective from the date specified in the notification. Continued use of the platform after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

  12. Use of the Platform

Dropiner users agree to use the platform in a responsible and lawful manner. It is prohibited to use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties. Dropiner reserves the right to cancel Pre-bookings made by users in breach of these terms.

  13. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Dropiner is based. Any dispute relating to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

  14. Contact and Support

If you have any questions or need assistance, you can contact our support team by replying directly to the pre-booking email you received when you made your payment. We will be happy to help you.
